Well it’s definitely brought my blood pressure down and stabilised it. It’s not brought it down to what it should be but it’s made a big difference. Only time will tell if it lives up to all its hype.

These for myself were excellent.. after 2 weeks of taking these, but doing over the prescribed dose, had warmth return to my hands, and changed my diet too, returned taste to my tongue. (Research the safe limits of taking this). 2000fu is the recommended amount for a preventing build up. THIS IS NOT MEDICAL ADVICE.

This product is garbage. It failed third party testing, and has only a FRACTION of the amount of natto that it claims. This should be criminally charged. People buy it who have heart problems, hoping it will improve the heart. But it's a fraud. Stick with reputable brands when your health is at stake, Now, Doctor's Best, LEF, etc. Avoid snake oil salesmen like Raibu
