Almost perfect "used" laptop.
This laptop was in pristine condition. The only way we could tell it had been opened or used before is a tiny mark on the outside of the laptop. It runs perfectly and we are very happy with it. The shipping did take lo per than expected, but it was also Christmas time.

Great laptop, great price
I needed a new laptop. Even though I was a Compaq corporate employee I tried to remain loyal to HP computers. Then on a whim in 2016 I purchased an Acer laptop, that could be configured to look like Starship Enterprise. That was my fav computer of all time. While my new laptop is not as fancy, it is going to be my new fav. The company I purchased it from shipped it immediately, even got it earlier than promised. Great value & great service.

Disappointing
I bought this laptop to replace one of the same brand that I had gotten 7 years ago. Unfortunately I was immediately disappointed. The quality and make of this item was something that I would have expected of something that was several hundred dollars cheaper than what this was priced at. The keyboard and track pad felt cheap and poorly made, but the worst was the screen quality. Everything looked cold, dull and muted. I tried messing with some settings but it just didn't seem to matter. This machine looks great on paper but once in hand it sorely fails. I would probably pass on this one unless you're getting one of the lower spec versions, it's got a good discount and you don't mind something of lower quality.

Great Working Laptop - BUT The Sound is Horrible!
This is a great laptop for working, writing, etc...but it absolutely SUCKS for anything that involves sound! At maximum volume you can barely hear anything...which is an ongoing issue with Acer laptops.

Ease of use. Fastest Laptop I've ever owned!
