At first, I didn’t like this product. It smudged easily and made a mess. But I didn’t give up on GP. Make sure you scrape on the edge of the tube when removing wand to apply. I have noticed a difference in my eyelashes and the product stays on throughout the day. I really like this mascara and I’ll be buying it again.

Terrible mascara. Very goopy and in my opinion it looks like it has been used. Should have returned immediately. Very disappointed

Idk why but I had low expectations for this mascara. I was very happy and surprised at how great it is. It got to those little lashes at the end if my lash lines and went in very nicely. No clumping at all. This is now 1 of my 2 favorite mascaras.

This mascara is great! It is very black and highly pigmented. It thickens lashes, wears well all day, and washes off well!

Great masacara- not as voluminous as I expected, but I like the ingredients, doesn’t irritate my eyes, easy to put on and take off. Wish it added more volume.

Hi. I actually wrote to Goop to complain how bad this mascara is, however, they said to write to you, the seller of their crap product. It is the smudgiest mascara ever. I would never buy it again. Totally not with 28.00-as it’s garbage. Really disappointing!!!! Goop is taking zero responsibility. As I said, it is super smudgey-I apply it and have to clean my eyelids-it smears-I’ve tried a couple of wears-but seriously, it’s not good. Should I return for a refund?

I had such high expectations for this mascara! First, I found too much product comes out on the brush. I did try scraping the extra off on the rim of the applicator. Then I applied the mascara and the product seemed dry, leaving it flaking off my lashes. After I finished, I ran an eyelash comb through my lashes. Still flaking, some lashes I found hard to separate. I wish I had a Time Machine and I could travel back to the Early 1980s. Coty made a mascara that didn’t cake or flake! It caught every little lash, but left them feeling soft and evenly covered. THERE WERE NO CLUMPS! One ingredient I remember in the Coty’s ingredients was Panthenol, which has a moisturizing effect. I’ll have to check ingredients more carefully from now on. Obviously, I will not be buying this product again.

This mascara gives me the most beautiful, fluttery, long soft lashes. It has the perfect amount of volume. I have oily eyelids and this mascara has no flaking or smudging and no irritation for my contacts/sensitive eyes. It washes off in a snap but stays on until I take it off. I don’t understand the mediocre reviews, this is literally the best mascara Ive ever tried and I think I’ve tried them all. I hope they never change the formula. (It takes a moment to set, but it’s worth the short wait for this payoff.)
