Very comfy, easy to set up.

It’s a very comfortable chair, some things I had issues with was my thighs not fitting on a standard chair with armrests, this one doesn’t have any which has its perks. I do wish it had more back support. I’m on the tall side (5’7) and the backrest stops at mid back. I often have to readjust after a while but so far no issues. My first chair I got, the curved seat broke when I sat on it. For the record I weigh just under 200, so I was confused since the weight limit is 300. Seller asked no questions and sent a replacement for free. I have to return the first one, but it’s broken so no use in keeping it. Would definitely buy again in a different color if I need to.

Wheels roll extremely smoothly, easy to put together myself (I HATE putting furniture together and am bad at it), and I fit on the seat comfortably! I was very skeptical that I would fit in this chair, but was encouraged to try by another reviewer with a similar body type. I am very pear shaped and hold most of my weight in my thighs and bottom. I'm 5'7, a little over 180 pounds, and usually size 14, and fit comfortably with my legs crossed in this chair, without them slipping off. It also adjusts in height easily. It does lean wayyyy back, but doesn't seem like it will tip all the way over. I'm not going to test that purposefully, but I'm able to lean enough to cross and uncross my legs to change sitting positions. I will edit my review if it becomes uncomfortable or durability changes, but I'm thrilled that the seat is big enough for me to use as intended. It's not the cutest chair in the world with the color I chose, but I wanted to avoid something that would stain badly or crack over time. I am happy with this purchase for the price I paid.

This is a reasonably priced, sufficiently sturdy chair. I needed a way to test if this style of chair would be a good fit for my daily sitting needs. This fit the test better than anticipated. Pros: price point, sturdy wheels, great overall size even with the 300 pound weight limit (no perceptible functionality changes) Cons: way underpadded (I added a chair cushion for my booty benefits). Dangerous and annoying chair tilt mechanism- this is my reason for removing one star. The TILT paddle and mechanism routinely fail to stay locked. This means that suddenly the locked seat will tilt back on you. I don't like that at all but it's workable most of the time. Overall, great for an entry or trial, lightweight use, or a kid's office setup (maybe figure a way to permanently lock and avoid the wheels for a fidgety kid). For context, I am middle aged woman, 250 pounds, have lower back and pelvic floor concerns, and am mildly hypemobile. I sit at my day job for 8 plus hours and often spend additional time at my work desk in off hours/weekends. I have 3 chairs in my workspace that I rotate use of (one proper ergonomic mesh office chair, a mid century dining room armchair that has been a surprise superstar, and this criss-cross chair. I am most often in this criss-cross chair and plan to replace it with a more substantial build at some point.

It was so easy to put together. Took me less than 20 minutes, at max, to put together. It's so cute and comfy. Definitely would buy again in the future if it holds up well.

Love this chair. I had it about a year and one of the wheels came off and the company was so easy to work with and so accommodating. They are sending a new base for me! I really appreciate the great customer service!!

Loved this chair while it lasted, but before even 3 months of use, the cylinder went out completely. The chair won't hold any form of height at all. In the process of figuring out how to replace the cylinder and whether I even can to salvage some use out of the chair. Super disappointed overall because I loved it, but now it's next to useless.
