Algae Cooking Club Chef-Grade 100% Algae Cooking Oil - Neutral Oil & Avocado Oil Alternative, Up to 535°F High Smoke Point, 13g Omega-9 per Tbsp, Seed Oil Free, Buttery Flavor for Searing, Baking, Frying - 16 fl oz

It does have a high smoke point and it’s very neutral in flavor. If you’re cooking a steak, it’ll pick up the steak flavor and it will not taint it. It’s a bit too expensive.

This is the best oil for high heat cooking. No strong flavor. Perfect sear on your steaks without the smoke. We live in an apartment with sensitive smoke alarms. And this has not set them off once. Will continue to buy this oil for life!

This oil is the healthiest you can buy but it also has no negative affect as far as taste or cooking. Very high smoke point so we have found that things that normally have a lingering smell after being cooked with other oil don’t have rather same after cooking smell. Sounds odd but it’s true. I’ll use this as long as I am living

I was skeptical at first but now thoroughly impressed! This oil has everything going for it: nice neutral taste, high smoke point, low environmental impact, and a competitive price. Other similar oils can be quite expensive. I can use this with anything: cooking meat or veggies or even coating my cast iron pan. I still use olive oil for hummus and other recipes where that flavor is key. But everything else can be algae oil!

I have never heard of this type of oil and all the heath benefits and being able to cook with it on high heat. Oil made from Algae was a wow! Let me try it. oil is a sustainable, neutral-tasting culinary oil derived from microalgae, designed for high-heat cooking due to its high smoke point (up to \(535^{\circ}F\)). Produced via fermentation rather than farming, it is considered eco-friendly, high in healthy monounsaturated fats (omega-9), and low in saturated fats. I so far I low fried on low flame salmon a scramble egg and made a turkey burger. It certainly has no taste and that's it doesn't interfere with seasonings used. All good there but.... the top! I did have a bit of a hard time twisting it off and I had to pick 1 spot gently with a knife tip, being careful to get the top off!The top needs to be redone because it's just aluminum and easy to bend! When I put it back on it doesn't closed all the way straight down on the bottle opening! I turned it several times and it is slightly lopsided! I hope the goodness of the oil will not be exposed to any air. I put it in a dark cabinet with my other bottles of oils. The packaging should had been done better and in a better box snuggle just enough room for the bottle to stand up straight and be bubble wrapped! It was in a unnecessary big long rectangular box. It was in a bubble bag and brown paper .The bottle was a little oily and the label was loose on one side. I wiped it off and taped it together to keep it on. Fix the top please!

This is a great oil! I have been using it instead of olive oil, and it is superior in my humble opinion. It’s light, and browns the meat very quickly and evenly, and little to no smoke. I will be adding it to my staples from now on!

Have issues with a sensitive smoke detector and this doesn't set it off. It's also flavorless and a little goes a long way

My favorite cooking oil. No odd taste, works great at high heat. A must have for searing steaks.

Does what is says

This is a very neutral oil that leaves no taste. Perfect for deep or shallow frying as it has a high smoke point and did not burn eyes/ create smoke. 10/10 reccomend.

Funciona excelente

The best cooking oil ever abit pricey but worth it
