Absolutely love this. I have several of these kind of machines but found them heavy and difficult to clean. Not this one- it’s lightweight and very easy to clean through and also has a self clean function so most of the hard work is done. Battery life is great and the base is great for the recharge. I have tiles and Karndean and it works great on both. It does have a vacuum function but I tend to sweep first and then go straight into the wash function but the added function is great. The only negative is that if something is really stuck to the floor it won’t get it off. But for daily clean up and also after you’ve had visitors or doing jobs it’s great.

This hard floor cleaner is a game changer. Very easy to use and is rechargeable on its own dock. Easy to clean too, there is even a space on the dock for storing the roller after use to let it dry. It is effective at cleaning hard floors, I have tiled and laminate flooring and does an excellent job on both. Another bonus is that this machine is much cheaper than an alternative product on the market which is double the price.

I bought this item as a replacement for a more expensive rival unit with similar capabilities that had given up the ghost. Firstly, this unit worked as well as the previous unit despite being almost half the price (definite 5* for that). The balance of liquid to drying power is almost perfectly balanced and soiled tiles get cleaned in the first pass. Does a good job on rugs and carpets too as long as the threads are not too long. Secondly, the unit is easy to clean after use; just remember to let the removable bits dry before reassembly to avoid a damp and a musty smell (common sense). So, why not a 5* rating? The shampoo/water tank is relatively small and runs out pretty quickly, requiring at least two fills during a typical kitchen, hallway, living room clean. Worse; the dirty liquid tank shuts off the machine when only about a third full (don't be surprised by how dirty the water gets!). Cleaning is easy and quick, but, like the shampoo/water tank, too small for the ground floor of a typical 4 or 5 bedroom new-build estate house. So for this niggle which allows me to only give this aspect a 3* rating, the overall rating of 4* is about right. In summary, for a smaller home where this type of machine is suited (ideally tiled floors) this is an easy to use, multi purpose floor cleaner that works very well, and for the price, very good value.

This cleaner really simplifies mopping compared to traditional mops. It’s surprisingly quiet during normal use — only gets noisy when running the self-clean function. The self-clean feature is fantastic and saves a lot of effort, though you still need to rinse the mop parts under the tap occasionally. Battery life is excellent; I’ve never run it down during use. Usually, I run out of water before the battery dies. It’s light enough that even my older parents can use it comfortably. After trying mine, they wanted one too — it really saves their backs compared to a traditional mop! A couple of small downsides: it doesn’t clean right up to the edges, leaving about an inch gap, and the dirty water bucket is quite small. By the time you finish mopping, you’ll need to empty the dirty bucket before running the self-clean cycle, meaning you end up emptying it twice. Overall, a great product that makes floor cleaning easier, quieter, and more hygienic, despite a few minor quirks.

Ok for the first 2 uses, after that you have to clean the whole lot out after each wash. The smallest thing will make it stop. Then you have to clean again. The dirty water tank is full after 2 mins use. Soaks the floor then you have to keep emptying it. Long and short *DONT BOTHER WITH THIS HOOVER*. ITS DESCRIPTION is completely misleading.

Not as powerful as a stand alone vacuum.... but versatile enough to do average mop and vacuum... Excellent for everyday cleaning...not for deep cleaning though.

This vacuum has changed the way I clean, it is so convenient with everything in one place that I find I use it more often. I have recently had limestone flooring installed and I have a dog or should I give you her full name of the mud ferret...a typical spaniel! Using the bissell after muddy walks has been so easy. What I like the most: * Cordless means it's so convenient that you use it more often even for the quick clean ups. * It is self cleaning! When on the docking station it cleans the brush, I tend to put it on several times and then empty the dirty water (don't leave it sitting, it becomes smelly quickly) * It doesn't leave the floors too wet and has a boost button for getting the floor drier if needed. * Great battery life, I can do my whole downstairs level and still have 60 percent battery available. Edited to add: Be careful where you buy replacement rollers from as 2 sets I bought didn't fit even though the stated model was in the description.

This is awesome bit of kit I used to have a shark hydro vac however it broke on the neck and shark said there is no replacement. I didn’t want to spend that much again so when this was on offer at £150 I took a risk. This is well better then the shark hydro vac in my opinion in a house with two toddlers cleaning up the floor Buffett after eating and drinking times it just does the job and leaves and clean washed feel (have a lot floor) I have since recommended it to people and that too where impressed and have seen the results on a tiled and laminated floor. It’s a win and for stubborn stains hit the turbo button and it changes up a gear. Well impressed hope you are too if you purchase.
