Q: Measurement from screw center to screw center please

I returned item for a refund as it was not the right size for my purpose. Sorry!

Q: what are the hole centres (top and bottom fixing holes ? only dimension that's not on the drawing and its vital !!

The fixing hole centres are 215mm apart. Hope this helps.

Q: If the door is unlocked, will this open from the outside? * my original needs keys to open if door closed.

Yes, it will open from the outside. For the door to lock, it needs to be locked with the key and isn't a one-way system.

Q: Are the screws on the outside if you make it left hand opening

I fitted mine with the screws on the side where the handle points to the left - this is on the inside of the door. The side without screws is outside with the handle pointing rightwards. If yours is the other way round, then I assume it can be reversed, as the details say that it can be used for right or left hand doors. (I found it very easy to fit and hard-wearing - would recommend.)
