I’m currently suffering from (what my doctor called) walking pneumonia and as a result of three weeks of a hacking cough, my back is so sore, you would have trouble believing how much damage a cough can do. Anyway, this massager is so good that it has left me mildly delirious. I feel like it might actually be magic. I turned it on and put it on my body and I just knew how to use it. It is so good, that using it feels like you’re a warrior being welcomed home from battle to have his/her ailments blessed and healed by a tribal goddess or some shit. I used it on my neck for ten minutes and my nose became one with God. I saw sounds and my airways became so clear, I nearly inhaled my dog. My body instinctively knew where to use it, it undoes knots in your muscles immediately and leaves you feeling like that Tyla song, water. I dribbled off my sofa and into my bed and slept more soundly than I have since I was a baby. I know that because whilst I was using this massager on my shoulders, I saw every time line of my own existence. This massager caused a back crack so incredible that I’m pretty sure the energy from it created a new galaxy. Seriously, buy it. Buy it right now and I shall see you in Valhalla my friend.

In the beginning it was painful and I didn't like it. But after using multiple times I think it is good. I use it occasionally when I have backpains. The heat element is only effective if you keep on for 10 minutes or more. It you don't feel the heat. I think it does help a bit with the pains. Noise level is bearable. Easy to use. Portable too

I purchased this after pulling an agonising neck muscle. I was a little sceptical until I tried it - it genuinely brought relief which I really needed. You know that feeling when someone brushes the back of your neck and it gives you a shiver down the spine? To start with, it's a bit like that but I quickly got used to that. It's got a decent amount of torque so you can really work it into the muscles. I also like the heat function - as seen in the photos it emits bit of a glow. I can see how it could be useful when tense after a long drive. (It does come with a car adapter but I doubt I'd ever take it anywhere with me, might get some looks using it in the car!) The packaging claims are a little wild, it seems unlikely that it could improve gastrointestinal function or the quality of my sleep, but for working over some strained muscles its just the ticket. This is actually my second Aerlang product; the first was a gun style massager that stopped charging after a few uses. I contacted Aerlang UK directly and to my suprise they immediately sent a replacement no questions asked. Customer service like that seems rare these days, so buying this massager left no doubt that they are good people to deal with if I need to again. Thanks Aerlang!

This is an absolute must have; I play golf and after a 4 hour walk, have back and neck pain and this is mobile enough to provide instant relief. The support from the company has been first class; I had an issue with the device, they simply asked for a video and sent me a replacement, excellent service. Would highly recommend both the product and company!

For the price, it works pretty well. Good for neck aches/tightness. The product shows using it elsewhere on the body but the design of it makes it abit difficult to apply anywhere else and it’s positioned to sit either side of your neck/shoulders. It also claims to have a heated setting. When you put this on, it glows red, but has virtually no heat especially not enough to actually reach your skin and muscles. So I wouldn’t recommend it if that’s something you’re looking for. I wanted heat so abit disappointed.

I get really tight trapezius muscles so I thought I would give this a go! It really does get right in there and so it can be painful. I found after a few uses the pain became less and it made a difference! I love it. It’s not a replacement for human hands but it does a good job for what it is. As some others have noted, it doesn’t get very hot but is quite warm after the full 15min cycle.

Garbage. Used a few times, nothing spectacular and very very bulky. Didn’t use for a little while, plugged it in and it doesn’t work whatsoever. Avoid entirely. Total waste of money.

This massager is easy to use and feels great on my neck and shoulders. The kneading motion is relaxing, and the heat adds extra comfort without getting too hot. It’s become part of my evening routine after work. Overall, it’s a nice value and does exactly what I expected.

Unfortunately I was only able to use twice & then the rotars began to make a slight grinding noise & just abruptly stopped kneading. So disappointed because the 2 times I did use it.... It felt fantastic, good pain.
