Better than most powders out there

I reached to this post workout by watching "7 Best Pre Workouts for Fat Loss, Cardio, and More (Updates!)" by Nick English which i really don't remember wither if "Legion Recharge Post Workout Supplement" was in his "The 6 Best Post Workout Supplements" guide then he removed it cause there were better post workouts as an update OR i purchased it cause i already purchased "Legion Pulse Pre Workout" which i generally think if a company has pre and post it's better to try them both if i am into pre and post workout supplements! Anyway, i don't know Nick personally or even know who he is but this guy really brought back my faith in pre and post workouts! so far "Legion Recharge", & "Legion Pulse" are among my favorites in supplements, this post workout supplement (Watermelon flavor) is just beyond perfect! it recharges me quite well with a refreshing delicious taste (although i don't like watermelon) while their Pulse pre workout is as perfect as it gets! mostly i don't get nothing when i use pre workouts but this one gives you that smooth feeling of wanting to workout without any skin harsh or shakin that you might get from caffeine! and then "Recharges" recharges you smoothly and perfectly in away that won't make you full and almost threw up as i normally feel with some past post workout. Eventually, Legion Supplements are becoming now one of my best brands for healthy and perfect diet, it might not work that much for you according to your body state or sensitivity but it doesn't hurt to try it as i believe they are happy to help if this product doesn't work for you... Edit: i forgot to mention that the dose is just perfectly put, 9gm mostly and completely light on the stomach.

I bought this product because I was looking for a good recovery supplement after my workouts. Recently I purchased the pre-workout from the same company, it's called Pulse, and I was very happy with it. I thought that hopefully the post-workout recovery will be just as good. It's better! Recently I made a commitment to work out 5-6 times a week, and it was getting difficult to do that because of sore muscles. This formula has been a game changer. I have used it every day for the last week, and I forgot what sore muscles are. It truly does what the name says, it recharges your whole body. I take 1 scoop of this mixed with my post-workout whey protein powder. It's a delicious watermelon taste, and does the job. I will definitely repurchase both the pre and post workouts from Legion. I love it! Thanks for quality products :)
