Great quality with good heft to it. The blade is very sharp. It looks great and works great! Worth the price I paid for it!

Very sharp. Hand wash and dry throughly with a towel. Use precaution to store the knife to protect the edge from being damaged. I’m very pleased with the knife and its performance.

I have used the German Henckels knives for about 20 years. Was never really impressed with them but they also weren't the top of the line (only two men engraved on the knives). I have a few Pampered Chef knives as well and they work very well. However, I wanted a really good sharp knife that I could write home about! I did my research and this one was highly recommended. When I got it, I immediately took it out of the box, washed it, and put it to the test with a ripe tomato that starting to get a little wrinkly looking. I was shocked!!! I was able to cut such thin little slices that I could see through them. Not just just one or two slices, but the entire tomato. I didn't have to put any pressure on the tomato to break the skin, I didn't have to do a lot of sawing motions either. I was so excited about it that I wrote my mother and told her what I had gotten and how impressed I was by it. I don't plan to use it on "meat/poultry/fish" bones, but I have no doubt that cutting boneless chicken breasts or boneless cuts of any meats will be a breeze. I like the length of it. Not too long, not too short. The balance is perfect. I'm looking forward to using this a lot more and if anything changes, I'll try to remember to come back with an update. I would recommend this item so far though!

Loooved it! Very sharp. Perfect for chopping. I used it to chop ripe tomatoes which can be difficult. Went very smoothly and I was able to cut the very ripe tomatoes into thin slices. Highly recommended.

I love this knife. It’s very smooth with prep. Great handle too. The only one I’ve liked better costs 4X as much and is very prone to rust. But it does cut fresh moz w out tearing it which is the only time I use it

A great small all purpose cleaver - perfect for everything from slicing to chopping to hacking through chicken bones. The size is perfect for kitchens. They don’t have room for a large cleaver. The blade is very good and holds its sharpness for a long time.
