I originally ordered a 40 oz tumbler from another popular brand (starts with a B), but I didn’t like the exposed silicone straw. It doesn’t fold down and easily collects dust, lint, and hair. I also didn’t want to buy a separate cap just to cover it. That felt unnecessary. So I canceled that order and bought the HydroJug Traveler instead. This bottle is ready to use straight out of the box. No extra accessories needed. The construction feels sturdy right away, especially the handle, which is secured with a screw instead of just molded plastic. The finish is smooth and sleek. The straw folds down and is made of hard plastic, which feels more durable, is easier to clean, and doesn’t snag on things. I hand washed it with warm water and dish soap, then rinsed thoroughly. The lid unscrews easily and the straw is removable, which makes cleaning simple. After washing, I filled it with cold water and ice. So far, it keeps the water ice cold and the ice hasn’t melted quickly. There’s no metallic or chemical taste. The water tastes clean. It also doesn’t make loud slurping noises when drinking. I tested it for leaks by holding it upside down over the sink and shaking it. No leaks at all. It’s not too heavy when filled, and the handle is large enough to grip comfortably. It also fits well in standard cupholders. I chose the “Wildrose” design. The bottle is a matte creamy off-white with glossy pink roses (or peonies). The rubber ring around the clear lid, the mouthpiece, and the handle are all pastel pink. It matches the listing photos accurately and looks beautiful without being flashy. I’ve only had it for a couple of hours (it was delivered at 5 AM), so I can’t yet confirm all-day ice retention. But first impressions are very positive! Update: It held my ice for a few hours, but it ultimately melted about maybe 8 or 9 hours into the day. It kept my water cold though.

One of the best and wisest purchases Ive made. I use it 24 hrs a day. Best part my water stays cool. It has definitely improved my hydration status. Great quality jug, No leaks, fluids remain the temperature you make them (hot, cold, lukewarm). Absolutely no complaints.

Really great tumblr! I was surprised at the long lasting how cold, in the middle of the night I took a sip and was like it was just poured from the fridge. I would say really long lasting for temperature which is great. It was 75 and in the car for almost 2 hours and was still cold when I took a sip. It is leak proof if the straw is down I did learn that. It fits in the car great and doesn’t turn or budge which other tumblrs like I swear get tossed around and spill. I like the color, it’s a good light neutral I would have preferred the hot pink but it was a little pricey. It’s definitely worth getting though! I like the straw as it’s not flimsy or easily chewed by toddlers. Also I will say it’s not super heavy or super light, I feel like some are so light they get knocked over easy or feels like you are carrying around a small cooler.

I am obsessed with the print on this cup. This is also my first HydroJug and I am super impressed with the quality. No leaking, easy to take apart and clean. Keeps my drinks cold all day. I love it and will definitely be purchasing more!

I love my hydrojugs! This is my second time getting one, and I always get the 40oz. I have a rodeo one but it got lost in storage, so I bought this cream one so I could decorate it with some decals I had and she’s so pretty. Plus my drinks never spill because of the perfect seal. I love the instructions so I always know how to screw-in my lid (my brain needs that), and it’s so easy to clean. Plus, my drinks stay ice cold alllllll day long!!! From morning to night, even in this Texas heat. I never cared to buy Stanley’s like other girls. But this cup is my ride or die! From sweet tea to electrolytes, from workout supplements to even homemade ice matcha lattes, I always have my cup with me and I’m always able to stay hydrated with this cup (which my husband used to always complain that I didn’t drink enough water lol). Get this cup! It’s perfect!!!

It's an almost perfect water bottle. The flip-top straw works well. The handle makes it easy to pick up. Keeps water cold all day. Does not leak at all, even upside down in my bag. I definitely drink a lot more water now that I carry this with me everyday! The only problem is that it is sometimes difficult to unscrew the top. The top forms such a tight seal that I sometimes have to run it under a warm stream of water to loosen it. Besides that it is the perfect water mug. I use it everyday, fits my car holder perfectly, I just wish it was easier to open.

Received a white colored tumbler, I had ordered a pink colored tumbler. Straw is just a simple straw not an attached straw as shown in the photo. Do not buy it. Waste of money. It's not leakproof.
