Amaaaazing Colors and very softIt arrived broken and little melted and mixed up Colors on corners but that is ok

I just received my oil pastel's, and unfortunately due to what I'm assuming was a manufacturer mistake, I have two of the ash blue colors and did not get a phtalo blue, and the tip broke off of the barite green before I could even get it out of the little box they come in...not too mention they seem to be covered in a substance? I'm not sure if they just got too hot or what.

Some of them are very creamy and great quality while other colors are dry. Maybe i recieved a bad batch? I do love the lighter colors! Especially the white one. Very opaque and creamy, does well as a topper.
