I got it for curing my plantar fascitis as recommended by many friends and website etc. I used it for about 2 weeks before my week long trip to Vienna and my problem is gone. Most people say that serious plantar fascitis takes months to cure, so maybe mine one was not that bad. I found spikes on the roller quite sharp and painfull at the beginning. When I am rolling it now, it is fine. So maybe sharp spikes are needed for the roller to work? No idea, but worth trying for the money. I tried tennis ball as well but it did NOT work. I can not see how it will ever stay under your foot, unlike roller. I did NOT try the spike ball. Spikes on that are even sharper and it never stayed under my foot.

Good foot roller on carpet or non slippy hard floor surface. Massages the arch well and bottom of feet including ball, heal and toes.

The idea is good but it is so hard. Plastic is very cheap looking
