Our C2 High Temperature model is very adaptable to various welding electrode keeping or reconditioning cycles thanks to its ability to heat up to 500 Celsius. The C2's slender design incorporates extra thick 50mm insulation in order to minimise any heat loss.The digital controller fitted to the C2 oven gives a temperature readout which shows the user the ovens internal temperature at any given moment, its simple easy to user user interface makes it quick and straightforward to change the ovens settings. With the C2 oven being a High Temperature model, it has dual set point programmability means the user can set a first set point at a reconditioning temperautre, followed by a keeping temperature. The controller also has the functionality to enable the user to set an adjustable hold cycle time, meaning the C2 oven can be programmed in order to handle customised heat treatment cycles to suit all types of electrodes / rods.Our C2 is supplied with a full calibration certificate as standard meaning you can rely on its accuracy and operation at all times.The C2 model works just as well with small quantites of electrodes as it does with a full working load of 150KG. Its powerful 3kW power output enables it to quickly and effectivley heat up to the required temperature.We can supply the C2 oven in both 110V and 240V single phase configuration meaning it can work on both industrial and domestic electrical supplies.
