Does the trampoline come with wind stakes?

Yes, the Apex trampoline comes with different numbers of wind stakes for various sizes of trampolines, 2 wind stakes per leg—for example, 8 for a 12FT trampoline and 10 for a 16FT trampoline.

Does the trampoline come with a ladder?

Yes, what's more, to make the Apex trampoline look better in your yard and safety we design a superior ladder with wider, larger steps for 10-16 FT Apex trampolines.

What should I do to prevent the trampoline from being damaged when there is a strong wind?

1: Watch our video (for windy day tips) 2: Remove the poles and safety nets follow the video. 3: Place the trampoline where it is safe. Small trampolines can be placed in the garage. It is recommended to use heavy objects to hold down the legs.

How many packages will I get upon the arrival of the goods?

When purchasing our 8FT, 10FT, or 12FT trampolines, you'll receive one package. Our 14FT, 15FT, and 16FT trampolines are carefully packed in two separate boxes to prevent potential damage during transportation. So, please anticipate two packages.
