Dark French Roast
I quit buying that coffee from the place that starts with an S. I love the French roast and this coffee is quite good. Bold, dark and tasty, not bitter or burnt tasting. We have an espresso machine and I just can't pay $5-7 for a cup anymore. Brew my own at home and the mornings are much better.

Great Coffee, Poor Labeling!
Great coffee, with extremely poor labeling! Absolutely cannot distinguish regular from decaffeinated, usually requiring reordering/re-buying multiple times until the correct type is finally purchased correctly. Again, very elusive regular versus decaffeinated labels! Nice colors though.

Whole Foods Organic Dark Roast - Rich Flavor, Great Brews! These Whole Foods organic dark roast beans deliver a consistently rich and satisfying cup of coffee. I've used them in both my French press and drip machine with excellent results. The French press brings out a bolder, more full-bodied flavor with a nice, smooth finish. In the drip machine, it still yields a robust and flavorful brew, perfect for my morning kickstart. The beans themselves smell wonderfully dark and chocolatey. If you appreciate a good, strong dark roast that works well across different brewing methods

Smooth, powerful coffee beans!
Amazing flavor! I am a coffee ‘snob’ and this fits the bill! I prefer to grind my own coffee beans, these are smooth and powerful!

A Real Winner
There are some varying health opinions about dark roasting coffee. However, the flavor of this coffee is awesome--very strong, and I like it that way. I add heavy cream to my strong brew--no sugar. Another selling point is the fact it is organic. Wow! I mix this with another organic coffee from Peru that is medium roasted. I say: try to do everything in a balanced way in life. Maintaining a healthy life style is right at the top of my priority list.

Its okay but the bitterness over powers the flavor for some reason...I'm not sure exactly why
