This is a great product with 'clean' ingredients! I am a Registered Dietitian, use this myself for an occasional quick breakfast or snack when I am running out the door. It is also a great pre-workout snack that is easy to digest. Most of them have 4-5 grams protein & 5 grams fiber-packed, in 120 calories PLUS no added sugar. I often recommend this to my patients.
