I have MCAS and histamine intolerance and need the freshest coffee possible to avoid major health problems. This canister is amazing- it seals without any air which keeps the coffee as fresh as possible and is easy to open, close, and seals very well. I've had it for a few months, use it multiple times a day, and it still works like new. It's lightweight, looks nice, and has plenty of space for more than one small bag of coffee. Plus, it was cheaper than other similar quality canisters I looked at

Good seal and keeps coffee fresh. Still working for me after however many months. This one is plain stainless on the inside which I like.

After purchasing may containers to keep coffee fresh by pushing out air/oxygen, I was looking for something a bit less expensive. We often don’t use coffee fast enough, so these types canisters are a real plus.This canister seems to work. It’s not as heavy or sturdy seeming as the larger name brand competition, but it does seem to work. Given the better pricing, these were a find.I tend to prefer the brands that have an additional silicon sealed top lid. This one does not. It makes it lighter and easier to handle for sure. I just prefer the one with additional lids.

The canister works exactly as advertised. Lid seals so no air passes either way once the button is pushed. It seals so tightly I can not open it until the button is released. Seems to be well made and looking for it to last for years to come. I bought 2. 1 for my regular coffee and 1 for decaf.

The large is big enough for the large bag of whole bean coffee from Sams's club. The coffee quality doesn't degrade nearly as fast since the air is removed from the headspace. This is important because I only make 2 cups of coffee a day.The operation is smooth and easy. The glides down and seals properly. To close the lid, push down on the one side of the lever on the top of the handle, push the lid down to the top of the bean, and then seal it by pushing the lever closed. To open push the lever on the handle to release the vacuum, and pull the lid up. The lid glides up smoothly and effortlessly.The black matte finish looks great and is well represented by the pictures.

this is a great buy - I thought my previous attempts at espresso making was due to the quality of the beans I was buying or the grinder I was using - since using this canister to store the beans, I have noticed more consistent quality and consistency in the espressos I've been able to pull. very happy with this and would recommend.

This is a good product in so far as the large amount of coffee that it contains in the ease with which the lid is placed in an extracted from the canister. The only thing we don’t like about it is that coffee grounds somehow get trapped in the rubber rings on the lid. When this happens, and the lid is removed from the canister, coffee grounds will fall on the counter. I think this could be fixed by making the little taller and placing the rings closer to the top of the lid, preventing its contact with the coffee grounds. We avoid this coffee mess by tilting the lid and holding it over the canister and tapping it with a teaspoon to cause the grains to fall back into the canister. It only takes a second and it’s not getting in the way of our use of the product. But, due to this design flaw,I cannot give it a four star or above rating.

Works quite well . Coffee stays fresh much longer.

Le format petit est en effet un peu petit car ne contient pas 450 gr de café. Toutefois le principe est efficace. En effet l’air est bien évacué.
