How long does this product remain effective after opening?

Should be effective indefinitely. Lysol Disinfecting Wipes use the same active ingredient diluted 16X to 0.265% and do they have a short shelf life? Nope, not unless the wipes evaporate and dry out. It's the same deal with their spray disinfectants. Last indefinitely inside the can. The active ingredient of Lucasol (quanternary ammonium chlorides) do not oxidize (degrade) like bleach.

What are the ingredients and percentages? Very dissapointed that it's not listed in the description and can't magnify the product image.

There are several 1-gallon products on Amazon that have the same active ingredient: quanternary ammonium chlorides. It's the same thing found in Lysol. However this product has the highest concentration of any of these products, at 4.5% total. That is why I bought this one over the others, as you don't have to dilute it as much so a gallon of the stuff will last the longest.

No, I don’t believe so. It’s mainly used for hard surfaces
