I have not submitted a photograph as I ordered this for a friend but he is absolutely delighted with the results he has achieved from this device.There are a good number of different sounds to choose from and a long playing time before needing charged.It’s simple to use and charge and can be carried in the pocket quite easily.This is a well worth purchase for peace of mind either at home or in the go.

This tiny sound box is a really good product. Many different sounds to choose from and 3 sleep timer modes. I bought the under pillow speakers to go with it. It really helps cancel out my tinnitus at night. Concentrating on the sound allows me to not focus on the tinnitus. Would definitely recommend for tinnitus sufferers.

Although I've given this little device a 4-star rating for its volume control, timer function and quality of the sound, I wouldn't buy it again or recommend anybody to buy it. Only two weeks after buying it, it quit working for no reason. I've tried to play it again without any luck. A waste of money if you ask me!

There is a very slim chance that this device will work for you, but be very wary as if it does not then you are stuck with it regardless. The company will not refund claiming it as a hygiene issue, cheap headphones allow them to claim a refund cannot be given as headphones are classed as non refundable but I didn’t buy the headphones I bought the device for £40, and it is the device that does not work for me. The sounds do not mask the tinnitus and I do not want to purchase further sounds from them at £5 each to find out if there is a small chance they will work. I have a white noise machine that works really well, but wanted a portable / wearable version. Also I have tried iPhone apps and YouTube white noise videos that both work pretty well, but not so portable or heat up my phone too much. The company are being totally unreasonable and should not be selling through Amazon.

Instructions being printed on a booklet smaller than my twin brothers left nipple made it quite difficult for my grandma to read. It's also not the friendliest of devices to use, a bit like the ramping rabbit I had to set up for my step sister. For the price, it seems a bit extortionate but I blame brexit. Nevertheless, gets the job done and granny managed to have a good kip. Just hopes it's able to knock her out for longer since she's chewing my ear off about needing a new hoover.

This small sound machine is proving to be a very good distraction from tinnitus at night and in helping to get off to sleep.My husband has been using the device for a few weeks and it has proved effective. It pays to experiment with various ways of wearing it in bed, handy to have a top with a pocket !

This American product designed for Tinnitus sufferers designed to play a variety of sounds via a SoundCard with 20 different sounds informs purchasers that additional SoundCards may be purchased from a menu of sounds. The UK supplier rejected without explanation my request for the supply of such a SoundCard. Poor service indeed.

I LOVE this device. I have been looking for a small white - noise sound machine to help me fall asleep at night. I usually use my phone and find some sort of rain playlist on Spotify, but after I purchased this machine I have yet to turn back. The size is perfectly compact so I can bring it with me anywhere. Also, it comes with headphones, which is nice if I want to use it while travelling. There are just enough sound options so I do not get overwhelmed when deciding what will help me. Whenever I feel stressed or anxious going to bed, I put in my headphones and take keep breaths to the white noise and it has been really helpful. I recommend this small sound machine if you are looking for something compact and peaceful.

Stopped working after 6 weeks. When originally functioning, it was perfect for soothing & diffusing my Tinnitus. Really disappointed.

cet appareil n'est pas pris en charge par un Pc , donc aucune utilité , car il est impossible de recharger ou de rajouter sur la carte SD d'autres music personnelle , pour les acouphènes. Ni de remplacer la carte SD sans passer par sound oasis ...
