Why is good for swimming and snorkeling but not scuba diving?

i have dived to 95 feet several times with this watch and have had no problems of any kind. i use it for diving all of the time(recreational diver-limit 100 feet). its a good deal!!!!!!!!!!!!

Does this watch have a lighted dial?

No lighted dial. Fine watch by Sturhling . I have on very similar and love it.

Will it damage if worn in steam or sauna room?

The heat from either steam room or sauna should not affect this watch’s performance
