Review: Material is in no way "soft". - "Balance softness and firmness for gentle massage to soothe stiff neck" "High quality material feels soft" Followed by a picture of a fingertip pressing into the massage points. That isn't possible. Soft- easy to mold, cut, COMPRESS, or fold; not hard or firm to the touch. The only thing that was nice was the angle of the stretch, at least for the 3 minutes I was able to take the pain. An actual "soft" material and this would have been wonderful. Unfortunately, this isn't cushiony, compressible, malleable or flexible.
