I was a little skeptical at first but I can already see a remarkable difference. I got this because it doesn't just have red light therapy, it also has the other therapies that help with different parts of your skin. Glad I made this purchase.

I just started using my face/neck light therapy massager and I’m loving it. I’m hoping it will help with my turkey neck and saggy cheeks. I haven’t used it long enough to see any results just yet but what I do know already is that the warm massage feels so so good on my neck and face.

Nice quality and easy to use! I feel like I can already see/feel some improvement in skin tone and wrinkes! So many settings to choose from too - in a good way! The instructions are clear about which color to use for the desired treatment. Definitely staying consistent with this one!

i have been trying different creams and facial yoga to help improve my skin and turkey neck but didn't see any results. I thought why. not try this product since it is so affordable compared to doing fillers, etc. I was pleasantly surprised how well it worked. It is the only thing that has helped lift my neck and make it look smoother. Unfortunately, just after the return window closed, it stopped working. The light still comes on but the vibration no longer works. I'm bummed but still grateful for the results. I'm having trouble uploading my before and after pictures but will try to do that when i can figure it out.

UPDATE: The seller reached out to me after seeing my review and offered me a full refund along with an explanation, which I really appreciated. The tingling and prickly sensation I experienced is due to the “micro-current” emitting from the machine, which is normal. That being said, it’s a sensation that I find uncomfortable, therefore, my reason for still not wanting to use it. I’ve changed my rating from 1 star to 3 stars since the machine operates as intended, but it’s just not for me.*************************************************************When I used the red light setting, I felt a prickly, stinging and shocking sensation so it’s not something I want to use on my face. My daughter got one as well and experienced the same thing. Neither one of us liked it. I guess I’d use it on the other settings, but I’m really not sure if it will be helpful and I don’t want to take a chance since this contraption might be shorting out. I would not recommend.

Updated review....a replacement was sent and it works great! Seller reached out to make sure I was satisfied with my product. Only slightly inconvenienced by original not working. Once I got the new one and was able to use it I'm very happy with it!Charger doesn't go into charging port. So I can't even turn it on to see how it works. I've requested a return/replacement. Will update review once replacement is delivered
