Took them as directed and finished the bottle. Can't say I have seen any changes, positive or negative. The capsules are consistent with no overt odor or issues.

Really hoping this works
This review is for Horizon Prebiotics - Probiotics for Men and Women Seems this is a 2 capsules a day/ 45 day supply probiotic that contains 20 billion CFU (colony forming units) for adult gut health. Gluten free, dairy free According to the makers of the ad this is an enzyme and probiotic blend with aloe vera powder and ginger root extract for digestion to help your body more effectively break down food. (See picture above that shows all the listed ingredients and such.) all which seems to help restore and replenish gut flora. I can't really testify of the benefits, (yet I hope) only that it appears to have what I've been reading could be beneficial for my gut. Which I hope it works. Will try to check back in after 45 days. I can say it went down easily. Did have a slight fish oil taste and smell.

Easy to swallow
