I really like this product- I’m 5’4 and 225ish lbs. I got this in a XXL, but could see possibly getting a XL to suck myself in even more if I wanted. I put it on the closest rung right away out of the 3 options, so that is why I think an XL may have worked as well for me. I sometimes wear it inside out so that the lining and rungs don’t show thru thin clothing. I wore this with a silk dress and that was my only concern, was seeing the ribbing and the rungs. You could still see it a bit this the silk even when I had them turned inside out, but it wasn’t too noticeable. It did get rid of the annoying indent from my belly button so I really like that!

Material is cheap. It has no real support. Very thin as well. Way too stretchy

I tried on 6 different shapewear for my daughter's upcoming wedding. These were my 2nd choice because I wanted something with shorts. These tucked me in nicely, I lost 50# in the last couple of months so have quiet a bit of loose flab. I did notice that the corset piece could be longer, it was nice & tight but would push some flab out down below. I loved that they were adjustable. The butt is sheer mesh so that was kinda weird for a grandma....I wasn't planning on wearing underwear (just 1 less piece of clothing to go digging around for) but maybe I should...??? Returned.

I wore this product for my birthday and the tummy control was comfortable and took inches off my waste. Loved it!!!

Had decent stomach control but the boning dug into my back, leaving a mark after only a few minutes and creating an awkward indent thats still visible under clothes. It unfortunately just didn’t work for me and I decided to return it

You guys I'm a 317 lb women with a big fuppa because of my c-section and a big belly who has ordered these before and they have always felt super small but I bought the 4x and I never thought that this was gonna fit and it fit like a glove and is very very comfortable. I have bought these in 3x and it never fit me but finally they had a 4x and what I love about it is that you can adjust it if you want it more tight. Ama buy more!!

These are not made for short people. I’m 4”11 The picture looks way better than in person . Very cheaply made . It did not work for me
