These are real good…
I can’t stand the ones they put in salads that are raw ugh. These are GREAT they are roasted and they are yummy I wanted fiber and crunchy these are both you don’t feel like you’re eating beans you feel like you’re enjoying a snack or nut. They are good and prevent me from snacking on something unhealthy they fill you up probably one and a half handfuls in each pouch. I got the box of #15 and have reordered texture great low carb yum some protein and fiber good price and taste fresh in foil type packages

Protein packed portability!
If you’re fond of popcorn, these should please you. I am quite taken with this snack. Very satisfying crunch and subtle flavor. I’d bet the daily value of Sodium could be taken down to 4-5 % and no one would miss it. Overall a hit with me!

Good, Overall
As advertised. A tasty, fairly healthy snack that is high in fiber. A little dry, but they are, after all, dry roasted. The individual packs are a foil/Mylar type of material, so great for tossing in a pack or pocket or glove box. And they are great for portion control at 110 calories per serving/bag.

A Tasty Snack for Work
First time purchase and my impessions: - Arrived with a 6 month "Best Before" date - Tasty, dry, crunchy and salty - Definatly pair with a drink - Great value for the money - My daughter has T1D and she did not see any blood sugar spikes - Will purchase again, great to keep stashed at work for a cubicle snack

Very dry
Very dry/stale mouthfeel. I prefer other dried edamame brands. Great source of fiber though.

healthy protein snack!
"This is the perfect healthy protein snack! It’s super convenient for on-the-go, and it keeps me full between meals without the guilt. I love that it has clean ingredients and just the right amount of protein to give me energy without feeling heavy. The taste is actually delicious—not like most 'healthy' snacks. Definitely a go-to in my gym bag and daily routine. Highly recommended!
