Nicely made, easy to inflate, and gives great support. Claims that it collapses to the size of a cell phone are ridiculous, however, unless you're talking about one of those big Motorolas from the 80s. Packing only the pillow and not the worthless hood that comes with it, I could get it down to the bulk of about 5 or 6 S21 phones stacked on top of each other.

Well, I was hoping to like this but... Nope The only reason it gets two stars is the packaging was cool and the fabric was soft. Otherwise it was disappointing. Fully inflated, partially inflated, doesn't matter. I felt like I was being choked. I don't have an abnormally large neck or anything either. I tried all the possible positions and none of them brought any relief or comfort. I had some family members try it with no input from me. They all said the same things as I did. So save your money and look elsewhere. I have some suggestions but out of respect for this company I will not add them to this review. Safe travels.

Love it. Flip it around and it's supports way better for on the plane. Holds your head up better as the bridge part is underneath your chin.

Soft material, inflated easily very easy to use, very light weight, offers great support without having to lean your head to either side, fit comfortably and the hood is an excellent touch.

It's good but it's still huge on the sides. I've been on a long search trying to find the best one for me. This is a good one and better than most but it's still a bit bulky on the sides.
