Review: It's sturdy. - This safe is just the right size for our needs as we need a place to lock up knives and sharp objects in the kitchen. We can place the safe on the kitchen counter and the fingerprint unlock feature makes accessing the knives easy. Considering its features, this safe seems to be good value for money. Gosh this guy is sturdy and the product is very user friendly. So far I have not had any problems with it.
Review: Fantastic Little Safe ! Only Wish They Accounted for Protrusion of the Handle in the Dimensions! - I have a small cabinet with just about 14.5" of depth and found this safe. I thought it would work perfectly...and it does! But I did not account for the protrusion of the handle on the safe extending so far out. Love the packaging, love the quality. Well thought-out and designed. The additional internal storage is great though I do wish it had a secondary security feature for that as well. The interior space is fantastic and it meets all requirements that I would look for in general home use safe. 2-factor Authentication is great and works really well for me. Fingerprint sensor and passcode combination for added security is a plus. Wish I could keep it but it just does not fit where I need it to. Don't hesitate to buy this safe! The instructions are very crucial to follow to get it all set up correctly.

**Q: does it come prepared (holes and bolts) to be bolted to the floor or drilling holes are needed?**
A: For this product, we are equipped with 2 expansion bolts. There are 2 pre-drilled holes on the back and bottom of the safe. You can install it on the floor or wall.

**Q: How do you lock the safe using your fingerprint? I bought this as a gift for my mother who seems to be a bit clueless when it comes to tech...**
A: You only use the fingerprint to open the safe. To lock it just return the handle to the closed position.

**Q: What if the batteries are dead? How do you open?**
A: This touchscreen fingerprint home safe is equipped with the type-C receiving jack at the side of the touchscreen. It is used in case the batteries are depleted or you cannot find the backup keys.

**Q: Are there fixed bolts on the hinge side that seat when the door is closed adding to the 5 live bolts?**
A: There are 2 fixing bolts in the box, which can be fixed with the two hinges inside the door.

This safe is just the right size for our needs as we need a place to lock up knives and sharp objects in the kitchen. I have recently purchased this safe, given a trail run for about a month now and i can say the safe has worked really well. at first i thought the biometrics were a bit finicky but once I realized i needed to tap it first to turn it on it has worked well on first try each time. I also find that the safe is spacious. nice leather insides with key holders and secret compartment . I bolted my safe down into the foundation and seems really sturdy.
