Baught these for my work. They have held up so far and a priced well.

These work very well. I've used them with my baker scaffolding a few time now and they are very easy to adjust and use.

The rod and adjusting spinner is cast not milled. (to keep costs down) . The spinner could be a better fit. Somewhat loose but enough tracks to fell confident it will not strip. Good for a 6 inch lift, but I can use a super sturdy solid concrete paver (8 x 4 x 16) for a few more inches if I needed more height adjustment.

These will be used to make a leg type vise for a workbench. The thread is ACME 1.5”-4. This is a 3D printed nut just to make sure the thread pitch was right. Anyway they are cheap and will work well.

Threads are a little crunchy making it a bit of a challenge to level. I hit the threads with a wire wheel and that greatly improved
