Waiting to hear back from Supplier
Put together the 1st one, it was as described and easy to put together, happy with the quality for the price. Removed the 2nd one from the package and the webbing is damaged, appears cut or torn. Have tried to contact the supplier supplier and not had a reply. Unfortunately it is having to be returned as the supplier is not responding.

frustrating experience
it’s a hit or miss ordering this luggage rack. unfortunately, when i ordered the 2 pack , one of them wasn’t manufactured correctly ( screw hole was larger than the screw) and there was a missing part so couldn’t put one of them together. I called the company for assistance , call went to voicemail, and i didn’t get a return call. so i decided to order another set before returning the first one to see if 2 out of the 4 racks would be built correctly to put together. the second set i ordered had enough parts to put one together. I ended up returning one set. once i put the 2 luggage racks together, they seem to be sturdy and nice. lots of hassle to go thru just to get a working pair of racks. i wouldn’t order and suggest shopping around for better quality.

the luggage racks were as described and in excellent condition
The end product is very good but assembly was challenging. The legs had to be attached in a certain way that was not apparent to me. That was rather easily fixed in the first rack, but the second rack could not be assembled as needed. I had to take apart one of the legs and switch which one was meant as the inner piece. In the end I assembled two racks that I am very happy with but with some difficulty.
