I bought this for my daughter for her birthday, and was really surprised at how beautiful it was. She absolutely loves it! It is well crafted and the colors are really pretty and true to the picture.

Beautiful and sturdy. I put 2 drops of food grade hydrogen peroxide in the water to ensure there would be no mold issues. So far very happy with this purchase.

Works well and fits in with our kitchen decor. We just have to remember to change the water. We also like that butter is soft.

Looks great, keeps butter fresh. Only negative is the lid has slight a crown so when I put it upside down on the counter or table to get the butter out it doesn't sit flat, rocks slightly

An excellent butter dish—the quality is superb. There is one minor flaw, however: the lid has a slight bulge, and because of this, the butter tray does not sit level.

beautiful. i thought the picture on it would peel off after a while but i wash it in the dishwasher and it still looks perfect. holds a whole stick of butter. i love it.

I bought two of these. I bought the first one as a gift for my daughter because I thought it was just so beautiful and it was full price when I bought it for her which was about $30 with tax she told me a couple months later that she didn’t like using it because it molded her butter and I thought well she just isn’t eating her butter fast enough because I had a cheap porcelain butter bell and I’ve never had that happen. There was a flash sale for the second one I purchased for myself for $11. I was so excited to get it. It’s so pretty but guess what my butter molded not once but twice this is not my first butter bell so I know how to use it properly. I bleached it. I cleaned it really well after the first time it happened and it happened again. I don’t know what’s wrong with this butter bell. It is gorgeous, but this can’t be a coincidence. There’s nothing to say where it came from where it was made a company name. Nothing on the box. It doesn’t even come with instructions. It’s beautiful. I hate that I that for return window so I’ll just have to eat the cost but be warned though I’ve never in my life had butter go bad on me not once have I ever had moldy butter. This is craziness something‘s wrong with his bell.

This crock Is more beautiful than anticipated. The quality is a pleasant surprise. I would purchase this item again!

Looks great on the counter. Keeps the butter at room temperature. Wish that I bought on years ago.

Edit-- so the colour started leaching out into the butter and changed the flavour to something terrible. It was past the return date so chucked it in the bin. Don't buy this potentially hazardous butter bell.
