If I buy these tires and they're shipped to my door, how can I install them afterwards? Do I contact local installer or is there associated installer?

Get ready to be SHOCKED at the price to mount AND balance anywhere. Call around to the independent bike shops, the ones that work on and sell used bikes. they seem to have a more sane (less crazy) idea about the cost of mounting tires than the dealers. Some prices I have been quoted were more than the cost of the tire. Cheapest I found in my area was $30.00 if I removed the tire and took it in, $50.00 if the shop removed and re-installed the tire. Highest was $220.00 per tire. I bought a M/C tire machine, I have to get a bead breaker. There are machines that incorporate the bead breaker though when I was shopping I didn't find any, only AFTER I bought did I find on. The machines aren't expensive and they will pay for themselves quickly, esp. if your M?C friends slip you a 20.00 for letting them use it...

Can this tire be used on the front and back? My '03 Kawasaki Nomad 1500 uses the same size 150/80-16 front and back.

I think you may look at a front tire of the sme size as the compound and the way it looks might be slight differents.

Most new tires are great. Time will tell. This is my first MICHELIN! I'm not getting good mileage with dunlops or shinkos. Good sticky tiers but 2 4month seasons isn't enough for me.
