Sea monkeys prefer bicycle rides, so for optimum pleasure, get a basket for the front of your bike and let them watch the world speed by. They are very sociable, mine are constantly inviting pals around for a swim and they have a very active social media presence. Vodka is an absolute no-no! Do you want to kill them? They much prefer gin and tonic if you run out of water and camel milk. Follow these simple steps and your sea monkeys will live happily for several centuries. With advances in medical technology, if you can extend your own lifespan indefinitely, you can marvel at them evolving into (even) more sophisticated lifeforms. Probably, given enough time, the descendants will turn you into THEIR pet, keeping you in a cage and feeding you Mars bars and vodka for sustenance.

How do you make them live longer?

I think the warmer the water is better, We keep them near a heater.
It took ages for my daughters to hatch but now we're inundated with newly hatched babies.

Can you buy more sachets if food? How long do they live for?

They live for a few months but don’t really need a lot of food. I seem to remember my daughter using fish food if memory serves me correctly. She’s now 26 and still gets them for a gift occasionally  ( her birthday in July was the latest)  and she enjoys them. Her first set was at 10 years old.  I bought them for my neighbours kids as I thought they would like them. Their ages range from 3,4,8 and 10. They got all excited about them. So I would recommend them.

Can the tank be recycled once it’s done with?

The tank is plastic so can be recycled or can be cleaned and new sea monkey egg's added to start a new colony I have not had to empty mine as the sea monkeys have new hatchlings hope this helps
