This works really well. Easy to clean. The holes are small enough that you don't need to worry about the dough poking out the other side. It does bend when grabbed by the corner (while empty), but I didn't expect it to hold stiff in that situation. The pan is a littler larger than a half sheet pan. It'd be nice if it fit, but that's my bad for not looking into it. But that means it also does not fit in my proofing box. Next time, I'll buy two of them that hold two baguettes each. Just for logistical reasons.

this pan is perfect for baguettes or italian loaves. The non stick is good although I do use parchment paper in wetter doughs, and the size is perfect. It fits in the oven in either direction and I can do a second rise in the pan and then straight to the oven. This changes my baguette baking

I bought these pans to start making cinnamon roll baguettes, but I’ve also used them for French bread and they work amazingly well. They’re lightweight without feeling flimsy, and they don’t take up too much storage space. The bread bakes evenly and comes out great every time. Definitely a good purchase if you enjoy baking homemade bread!

Great pan; with a little spritz of olive oil to seadon the pan, Baguettes baked beautifully. It does seem a bit thin & a little wobbly though? Keeping as it does the job

I used these to make sub/ hoagie rolls. They are big. If you use the pan in its entire size you can get 3 subs (1/2 foot long) out of 1 roll. I learned you need to let your bread cool in the pan before removing or the roll may tear. It was easy to clean, easy to use, and seems to be of a really good quality. If you bake your own bread and want to make large sub rolls, Italian baguettes, or French bread this is the pan for you!!

Works best in conjunction with parchment paper. cools quickly helped make amazing bread.

Nice convenient pan that does the job. Light weight but durable.

Pedí esta charola porque en la publicación viene que sus orillas son redondeadas, hago pan con mis niños pequeños, para nada es algo seguro, y sobretodo no es lo que muestran en las fotos, son esquinas anguladas con con bastante filo, solo al abrir el paquete me raspó en un dedo.

El material está muy endeble. Me llegó todo chueco y mal tratado. En si, el molde llegó casi plano, cuando en realidad debería estar curvado para que le dé forma al baguette.
