They work!
My daughter's B12 levels were low, so her doctor told me to get her some supplements. I decided on gummies since she's 11. I ordered these on February 17th, and she started taking them right away. We just went back for blood work a few days ago, and now her levels are totally normal! The bottle isn't even empty yet. They taste good and really work. She hasn't had any side effects. The price is also good. I totally recommend them.

This really helps me have energy. I started taking them just when I found out I was gluten intolerant. Stated with 2 as on the label. As I got better with gluten free, I cut it to 1, now, I take 1 every 2 or 3 days. If I take it every day, I wake up too early

Easier access needed.
Tasty and easy to chew. Whether they do what they're supposed to in the system will remain unknown until my next blood test. However, the packaging is abysmal. It's much larger than it needs to be as the contents only take up about 50% of the jar. The lid is one of those remarkably annoying type that you have to push down as you spin it, and then lift it off. It never seems to lift off easily. Lastly, you can't fish out just one or two gummies because the top of the jar has a flat shoulder that makes it impossible to glide one of the gummies around the bend. You have to pour the gummies into your open palm, select what you want, and pour the rest of them back in the jar. It's a shame to have such miserable packaging on a good product.
