My hubby has had so many medical appointments in the last year i couldn’t keep track of who said what and when. I purchased this journal so i could use the dividers for the different appointments (specialisms) and the pockets to keep any information like appointment letters, surgical information post surgery information that is current.I also use it to take notes during appointments as I found consultants were saying one thing and then saying something different in correspondence with other professionals.This book has been so useful and so easy to set up and use.
