Gruns Adult Greens Gummies Sugar Free Multivitamin & Prebiotic Fiber, 28 ct

We’ve all seen these all over the place- everyone and their mother is advertising them. But I decided to try and have to admit- there’s a reason everyone is talking about them, they really are that good. I’ve been on them for over a year now and my husband just started. Ok here’s why you need them: 1) Convenience. I will only take supplements consistently if they are gummies so these fit the bill. The fact that they are individually packaged makes them so easy to travel with or throw in your bag when you’re out the door. 2) The ingredients. I haven’t seen anything else that covers all your bases with one product. Supplements are expensive so with these, I get everything in one. So easy. More energy, nutrition, all the vitamins, probiotics. Love that I don’t have to think about it. 3) The taste and the fact that they are sugar-free. These actually taste good and they got me with the sugar-free option. They’re just so easy to take that I actually look forward to taking them. This means I’m the most consistent I’ve ever been taking vitamins. You really can’t beat them. One thing I was influenced on that was 100% worth it.

Just what it advertised - excellent product. They taste good, gummy makes it easy to chew and swallow, and really helped my digestion.

I was told about these by a friend and I really like them. Getting everything that these offer in one simple packet makes it simple and effective. I used to take a bunch of different vitamins that this little packet now replaces. These are loaded with vitamins, greens and even a probiotic for digestive support. Take a single packet daily for increased health, mental focus and clarity. I also like that these are sugar free as many gummies I've used have added sugars. I myself prefer gummies to pills, so this is something that I like. I take a packet every morning and my day begins with more energy and duration throughout the day.

These work very well, but sometimes the taste of spirulina is overwhelming and unpleasant. Also, way too expensive. A 12 pack is $20 at Target.

The taste of these good. I’ve been using for several months. And one month I did not use them, and I noticed the difference in my body and how I feel started back using again and loving my results.

From the photos, I can’t reliably identify what the black object is, but it does appear to be a thin, rigid, pointed foreign object embedded/stuck among the gummies. I would avoid calling it “plastic” as a fact in the review unless Grüns confirms that—that way your review stays completely factual and harder to dispute. Since Grüns says every lot undergoes quality/purity testing and that its products are manufactured in NSF/GMP/FDA-registered facilities, I think it’s reasonable to specifically ask the company to identify the object and investigate the lot. When I opened my individual packet today and started eating the gummies, I noticed a black, hard, pointed object mixed in with them. I almost swallowed it before realizing it was there. I have no idea what this object is or how it ended up inside a sealed individual packet, but finding something sharp and foreign in a product that is meant to be eaten is extremely concerning. I’ve included photos because I would really like Grüns to explain what this object is and how something like this could make it through the manufacturing and quality-control process. These gummies are not inexpensive, and I have continued purchasing them because I liked the product and felt comfortable consuming them regularly. That is what makes this especially disappointing and frustrating. When you’re paying a premium price for a daily supplement, you should be able to trust that what is inside the package is safe to consume. Thankfully, I noticed the object before swallowing it, but I’m concerned about what could have happened if I hadn’t. I hope Grüns takes this seriously, investigates the lot this packet came from, and provides an explanation. I would also like to know whether other packages from the same lot could potentially be affected. After being a happy customer for the past couple of months, this has unfortunately made me hesitant to continue taking the remaining gummies I have.

These are fantastic especially if you are on a Glp1 journey! Okay, I've tried both versions of the Grün's superfood gummies now and I unfortunately don't think I'll be buying them again. I tried one full bag of the normal gummies (I think it was about a month) as well as a few of the sugar free gummies (I won't be finishing the bag). Health-wise, I'm sure I'm getting nutrients that are needed but personally I don't feel any different than I did a month ago (I have a lot of stomach issues and don't eat many veggies so thought these would be a good idea to try). Taste-wise, I'm not a fan. I was able to get through the normal gummies but it was still a bit of a challenge since you have to eat the entire packet rather than just one gummy each day. It wasn't as good as say a normal multi-vitamin gummy, not a very good taste, but I was still able to finish each packet. They did taste better than the other superfood gummies I've tried in the past though. Since they still felt too sweet for my taste I thought I'd try out the sugar free ones as well. The sugar free gummies have a strange aftertaste that made me feel kind of nauseous... I like that they're less sweet but the trade off was definitely the aftertaste. I was only able to make it through one daily packet of these ones before giving up. It may work well for others but I personally didn't feel a difference after taking these for a month.
