It's organic. Love all organic food. It is very, very tiny granulated pepper. I really do like it, BUT, I like pepper. So sprinkle easy, it's very tasty stuff.

Ordered ground powder by mistake. I needed kernels to be crushed with a Mortar and Pestle and squeezed into ribeyes for that peppery taste. So perhaps this can be used after all for another purpose. It's packaged well and I will keep it. Buyer just be aware what you are clicking on before you hit that SEND button.
