Very smooth transaction. Good quality product at very reasonable price. Was dubious when buying when reading reviews regarding assembling. But all reviews showed quality was good so I decided to give a try. In reality, Very easy to assemble. Put a brick underneath when assembling the chair! It works wonders as a leverage. Only took two of us less than 30mins to unpack, read manuals and put everything together. A great purchase, large, sturdy. The back of the egg does bang into the center piece while swinging, so need to adjust the angle.
