Messed week after we got it he didn’t even get to ride it long stop going then sound stop then it wouldn’t do anything had to return it and was a pain to try and take apart and fit in a box ups said didn’t have one big enough Amazon actually picked it up for us put together was really helpful but wouldn’t not recommend this to anyone it’s to much money to be this bad

Item came, opened, with some parts clearly used, and other parts bent and damaged. Amazon would only allow a replacement, but I would have to disassemble and pack over 50 lbs in a 5ft×3ft box, which is nearly impossible. Instructions are missing two major steps: one I was able to figure out, second one with digging bucket attachment I am still working on. After three days, charge is holding, and motor seems to be running well, so that is reason for the second star. Otherwise, Amazon has been an absolute nightmare to deal with for their defective item.

Apparently you have to really study the pictures as the description doesn’t make it clear at all - the excavator arm and front loading bucket are manually operational only. My son expected to be able to use the motor - like a real backhoe! This thing is cheap totally cheap quality and yet outrageous in price. How ridiculously disappointing for him on his birthday.

Pretty much works as advertised. The digger on the back falls down and drags on the ground about every minute or so, so I’ll have to craft a way to hold that up. Also assembly instructions could be improved. The wheels on the wagon don’t spin freely, there’s no spacers so the tires are rubbing on the wagon and I can’t figure that out so for now it’s unusable. Drives ok though.

Not worth the price. Wrong tires in box, bent bucket.
