Initial receipt of package was a bummer bc it ships in original packaging and it was a gift. Seller very responsive to concerns and is updating product description to reflect this. Product itself is great. My husband is a pilot and aircraft mechanic and this was one gift he was super happy to get! Will save him many frustrations.

Great for anyone with lots of hardware on a project
I'm an aircraft mechanic and most of my job is opening panels and inspecting inside them. Each panel has a bunch of screws, sometimes different types in the same panel. This tray is a flexible rubber, slightly grippy, it will not slide off uneven surfaces easily, which is nice when working on an aircraft wing or ladder. The compartments are nice for keeping hardware separated, and the tray will stay in place where you need it.

Just make sure to wash it frequently with soap and water.
Grip mat competitor. Does all it claims and is made quite well. 3 weeks into using it and it's held up nicely so far.

Cheaper grypmat
I have several grypmats and wanted another one for sorting fasteners on a project car. Saw this one at a lower price and decided to give it a try. Really happy I did. It does the same job, but a bit cheaper and comes in more colors.
