Terrible Luggage and even WORSE customer service
DO NOT BUY. The warranty is a scam. The hard shell cracked and the seams started tearing after 2 uses. This item was less then 6 months old and started falling a part. I went through the whole warranty process and they accepted my claim, only to offer me a 15% coupon code. I would never spend my money on any of their products again. They closed my claim so I can't even respond to the pathetic 15% coupon.
