I've had to replace other backpacks (different brands) recently because the quality is not great and zippers have particularly been an issue. This backpack's zipper never gets caught or stuck which is a HUGE plus for the crazy mornings before school. The backpack itself is attractive and big enough to store all my daughter's things.
