The quality was good for the little I listened, the 3* comes from the function and aesthetic of the product. The earpieces are just too big and bulky for my ears (they stick out 8-10mm from my ear hole). The clear and rose gold wire also looks really bad with my peachy skin as it's half camouflaged and medical-looking-- like old school hearing aids, essentially. Not my jam. Returning.

I bought these to replace my bose earpods which are suffering from a lot of wear and tear and the leads are fraying at the earpod connection. Anyway, the good: These earpods are very comfortable, much more so than most I've tried. Very tight bass, mid range is great, the sound is crystal clear without a hint of harshness. For what it's worth, I'm in my sixties and can't hear anything above 8kHz and know that I'm missing out on some music flavor that I enjoyed when I was younger and can't evaluate these earbuds beyond that frequency, but for everything I can hear, I am truly more than satisfied.

The first pair I got was broken upon arrival and the second pair had muted sound in the left one randomly. removed the mesh cover and it works fine now so idk but their great

These are very nice and comfortable IEMs, especially for the price. The plastic build makes them very lightweight, there's a small rubber piece on the casing that helps them rest comfortably in your ear, and the sound quality is great (at least for non-audiophiles like myself!)The one downside is the casing. I may have received a faulty set, but one of them fell apart when taking them out of my ears, snapping one of the wires. There don't appear to be any screws or adhesive keeping the casing together, so they come apart very easily. It's probably not the hardest repair with the right knowledge/tools, but it would be nice if there was something more to help keep the casing together.Update: I was contacted and refunded for the broken IEMs. This was much appreciated, but I'm unsure if the issue I describe in this review is common or not, so I have not changed my score.
