I really like this sauce,just as the label says sweet and savory.Momofuku is David Chang's brand,and he knows all about fusing flavors without tired old cliches that were our grandparents favorites,e.g. sweet and sour.Ha Ha.

Excellent. Too expensive
At 10.99 this is absurd. It is tasty yes. But if you buy a $3 gochujang paste, add a bit of oyster sauce and some garlic, youโd get a better fresher product enough to fill 5 bottles like this one. Just why?

I absolutely love this brand and this would be a great sauce for all your asian culinary needs. I love how versatile this sauce is. I add it to wontons and it tases amazing. The spout could be better but is manageable.
