I use this product for extreme overnight dry eye. It’s very effective. I rarely wake up having to add additional lubrication. I’ve tried many products, including gels and regular eye drops. This is the best. Don’t expect to see clearly after applying it, though.

Do I love it? Sort of. Its a gel and you put it in your eyes before bedtime. Its for those us who wake up with irritated, dry eyes. My eye doctor recommended and it does work really well. I don't wake up any more with that scratchy line across my eyeballs! However, you put it in and things are blurry for a while. I recommend it but its a bit on the pricey side but again, it does work.
