Does this come with any felt tip pens?

Doesn't come with felt tip pens

are these suitable for a 3.5 year old? not sure if she is still too young

I bought this for my 5year old granddaughter. She loves colouring in . Maybe a 3.5 year old is a big too young

do you need special felt pens or are any ok?

Any felt tip pens colour these, they are very good for children that can't quite colour in the lines
