A really good way to add the power of mushrooms to your daily routine. It has a slightly earthy taste, so mix it with juice or milk. You can also mix it with Force Factor Greater Greens a well in your favorite drink.

Day 1? I was almost MORE tired than normal. Da2? I was able to clean my dining room table, change out my holiday decir, and do several loads of laundry. This does seem to work, BUT... I don't get a huge energy boost like I wanted. It more or less just activates my motivation? Also, it makes me jittery and clumsy. Also only lasts for maybe half the day? Also, hard to get it to stir into my coffee properly. I like it, but I think I'm going to look elsewhere.

The best mushroom powder I have ever used. And the is good. It improves your focus your energy mixes great in your morning coffee

I waited until I'd used the entire jar before reviewing and, unfortunately, I've found absolutely no effect from it. In addition, the powder has an earthy, muddy sort of taste if not diluted in enough liquid and doesn't stay in solution well, so it's a bit grainy and I have to keep swirling my drink to keep the "mud" off the bottom of my cup. YMMV, but I feel like I wasted my money.
