As a dietitian, this is such a great healthy option! It’s quick and easy but has no added sugar, and of course love the protein bonus. Awesome for on the go! It tastes delicious too!!

The oatmeal tastes almost exactly like the regular non-protein version of apple cinnamon oatmeal. It has a pretty low sugar content which is good for me. Sometimes with protein rich foods there is a “chalky” texture, but I didn’t find that with this product. Overall I think it’s a good value. One pack has a ton of protein and it’s perfect for a quick office breakfast for me. It’s made adding a protein high breakfast easy, and it keeps me more full through the day instead of snacking so much.

I had a hard time finding this particular variety of oatmeal in a local grocery store and my husband eats it every single morning. I was surprised to find it when I checked Amazon and in a four pack. It was exactly what I was looking for. It arrived the next day and as an added bonus it was a lot cheaper ($2 less per box X 4 boxes= $8!) than it is when they have it at my local grocery store.

I didn't like the flavor, but that's just my personal taste. As oatmeal goes, it looked and tasted like oatmeal.

Delicious thicker and tastes really well. I don't drink milk so I have always used water with my oatmeal,.. I needed a bit more water to smooth out the thicker lumps.

It’s convenient to make from a wheelchair. But isn’t the best tasting. Not terrible but lacks in taste alittle. Would buy again in a pinch.

This has been my breakfast for 4 years. I have hypoglycemia . I add peanut butter, blueberries, blackberries, & raspberries. The protein meets my need as a GL.P 1 client. It last for four hours!

This product has no flavor. I was disappointed with it being called Apple Cinnamon. It's more plain than anything.
