Can it be used with antibacterial cleaning solution? And, what psi and temperature is needed for cleaning car interior?

The operators manual clearly states to NOT put any cleaning agents in the water. Such agents can significantly alter how the water can turn into steam and create unsafe conditions.

Will this kill Bed Bugs?

Yes I used lavender oil in the water. I did one treatment.

Can it run for a while without sqeezing the wand trigger to wipe something down? My power sprayer requires me to use it while running or shut off.

I believe it still runs without squeezing. The nozzle you squeeze is for the water. It runs as long as the power is on.

Do you have replacement water intake hoses?

No, I don't have replacement water intake hoses.
